Information

The GSO graphic designer was unable to fetch the order on https://vistaprint-review.prepress.cimpress.io. We identified and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Although the impact was minimal, we are logging this as a product incident for record-keeping and will provide a post-mortem report.

We identified that the requests mentioned above are part of the Aux Code Review flow, and the team noticed that the skill for the Upload Download app is missing. We have now added the ‘Vistaprint No Group DesignErrorReview_AuxCode Review’ skill to the Upload Download review process.
