Order rejections for the error 'Argument is out of range'
During the investigation, we found that this appears to be a product configuration issue. The products we have checked (all drawstring bags, e.g. CIM-7X22MC80, CIM-MFFTDQNB) have a surface size of 177.8 x 152.4 cm, which is very large for a backpack. This large surface is then being rasterized at 1200DPI, resulting in a 72,000 x 84,000 image, causing problems. Someone from National Pen ABC will need to review and update the product dimensions. While reviewing the few order rejections for the error ‘Argument is out of range,’ we found that this error started occurring on September 6th. We initiated this incident for internal purposes. The technical team is investigating. We will update this status page again as soon as we have more information or in 30 minutes, whichever is sooner.
