The upload team has reported latency issues and slowness in the Mumbai region, approximately from 3:35 PM IST to 3:50 PM IST (Affected AWS region: ap-south-1 (Mumbai); other regions were unaffected). The situation appears to have normalized by now. We will proceed with further investigation.
